Our Harvest Dinner is a family friendly event that you won’t want to miss!
This year we have added a couple of fun additions to our amazing dinner.
3:00-4:30 pm- Kids Activities which include a hayrack ride and TNI grounds tour, fossil dig and a scavenger hunt
4:30- 5:15 pm – Ruben Gomez will give a presentation on the Mayan culture
5:30pm- Dinner prepared by Chef Aaron Whalen
Rosemary and caramelized onion country Foccacia bread with compound butter.
Salad of poached green beans flame grilled sweet potatoes, Baetje Farm Goat Cheese, Italian cherry peppers and Sherry-walnut oil vinaigrette.
Cast Iron Seared Ozark Forest Mushrooms with late harvest tomato ragout served over creamy sage polenta finished with Ludwig Farmstead Gouda.
Local Free Range Chicken slow smoked over Missouri white oak finished with a rosemary, lavender and honey glaze.
Dessert bar provided by the MSPP board members to finish the night

The Waters Trifecta will be playing from 5:30 – 8:00 pm
$25/adult; $10 for children 7+; kids 6 & under are free.
